Pricing and availability

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout; customs duties and import charges on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Shipping and delivery

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. The conditions, exclusions and process are set out in the Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Promotions and discounts

Discount codes and promotions are valid for the period stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined unless we say so. We may withdraw a promotion at any time, and we may cancel orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

Intellectual property

All content on this store, including text, images, logos, layout and code, belongs to RedBluera or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape or harvest data, interfere with its security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Reviews and submissions
